  12. I seem to recently be getting a problem with my 1084 monitor.  I believe
  13. it is a problem with all the monitors and can be fixed.  Every once in a 
  14. while the screen flickers off, but by tapping the monitor, the display can
  15. be returned.  It seems that there is some kind of short circuit occuring in
  16. the monitor because of some contact or arcing.

  18. Does anyone know what I am talking about? How can I fix this?
