  11. I need to add more memory to my A3000 and I'm having trouble finding
  12. 1meg x 4 Static column ZIP ram chips at a reasonable price. I have been
  13. able to find nybble and page mode ZIP ram chips easily. I understand
  14. that the static column chips support burst mode and thus are 10% faster
  15. than the nybble & page mode chips. But I believe I've seen a post here
  16. on the Net which stated that due to a bug in the RAMSEY chips of early
  17. A3000s (like mine) that causes the burst mode not to be used. Can anyone
  18. especially from Commodore confirm this? Also could you give me the name
  19. and phone number of a company selling static column chips?
