  11. Hey there peeps of the world.  I was considering getting a used A3000, but 
  12. have fallen short of the needed money.  My new "idea" is to upgrade my A500
  13. with a PP&S 040/500 28MHz '040 card and a GVP A500 HD8+ harddrive (52mb is 
  14. all I can afford).  The total of everything would total to be around $1600.
  15. Once I feel the need to more space I plan on buying a tower case, but that's
  16. farther down the road.  My concern now is incompatability problems between
  17. the accelerator and the HD.  If it matters, my A500 is about 4 years old.
  18. I suppose I could just try it and see what happens, because where I plan on
  19. buying from has a 30 NQA return policy.
  20.      Does anyone know when PP plans on shipping the '040 board?  I heard that
  21. there was a fire there and that they aren't shipping them yet.
