- Running a chip faster than it's rated specs is kind of like running an engine
- past the red line on the tachometer. The red line is a safe speed for all
- engines. Some engines will run far above the red line for long times
- depending on tolerances, environment and other conditions, but not all
- engines will do so.

- stress, some won't. Some will take more stress than others, some longer than
- others. It's a gamble.
