  14. Our A200HD at work has the infamous "lose the first keypress after bootup"
  15. problem.  I was surprised, actually, since we bought it recently and I
  16. thought this had been fixed.  Is there anything I can do, short of opening
  17. the case, or do I need to take it to the dealer (and have them replace
  18. what?) ?
