  24.     That's nice, some people got lucky, some people got screwed, some
  25. people read this group before investing in a flawed product.
  26.     If you live in Canada, you cann't reach the Quantum voice technical
  27. lines. Quantum must believe only US users had problems with the new LPS
  28. series and that is the biggest flaw in their drive. No way of getting to
  29. them for help if you aren't in certain areas, correction, a few states also
  30. don't have access to 1-900 pay for service lines. If you sell a produt at
  31. least make it possible to get help or don't sell it outside your area.
  32.     The LPS120( smaller brother of the 240) is also a horror story for
  33. some. Try waiting 7-8 weeks for a supposed upgrade after a couple of weeks
  34. of trying to get support, then tell me how beautifull the LPS is. If beauty
  35. is big fast drive that doesn't work, then I also bought a damm good drive,
  36. but in reality it's dammed drive.
