- That's nice, some people got lucky, some people got screwed, some
- people read this group before investing in a flawed product.
- If you live in Canada, you cann't reach the Quantum voice technical
- lines. Quantum must believe only US users had problems with the new LPS
- series and that is the biggest flaw in their drive. No way of getting to
- them for help if you aren't in certain areas, correction, a few states also
- don't have access to 1-900 pay for service lines. If you sell a produt at
- least make it possible to get help or don't sell it outside your area.
- The LPS120( smaller brother of the 240) is also a horror story for
- some. Try waiting 7-8 weeks for a supposed upgrade after a couple of weeks
- of trying to get support, then tell me how beautifull the LPS is. If beauty
- is big fast drive that doesn't work, then I also bought a damm good drive,
- but in reality it's dammed drive.
