- Well, a friend of mine had a monitor that would not display any black. The
- solution that worked was to run a head demagnatizer wand (or a bulk tape eraser)
- over the screen a few times. It worked for him. Couldn't hurt - maybe the
- monitor was near a strong magnetic field.
