  13. i have a jpeg viewer from public domain called VJPEG which is supposed
  14. to allow viewing of a jpeg picture. The problem with it is that it only
  15. views part of the picture and i cant figure out how to scroll (perhaps it
  16. doesnt have scroll??). can anyone explain how to view a full jpeg or how
  17. to scroll with VJPEG, or if someone can tell me the title and ftp site of
