- MLO@SLACVM.SLAC.STANFORD.EDU (LORETI, Maurizio) publicly declared:
- >'Kermit' as a standalone program does not exist for the Amiga
-
- Oh no! I've got an imposter on my Amiga! One of my first aquisitions
- when I got my A500 was a program claiming to be Kermit. At least, it
- looked like Kermit and acted like Kermit...
-
- Yes, Virginia, Kermit (the program) does exist on the Amiga. Though
- why anyone would ever want to use it is beyond me. From the contents of
- Fish Disk 026:
-
- C-kermit Port of the popular "kermit" program, a flexible
- virtual terminal and file transfer program from
- Columbia University.
- Author: Unknown, ported to Amiga by Davide Cervone
