- 'Kermit' as a standalone program does not exist for the Amiga; however you
- can find a lot of communications program handling the kermit protocol.
- What I use to connect to VAXes IBMs and Unixs is VLT, available from
- Fish disks; in addition you need xprkermit, always from Fish disks.
- The shareware/freely distributable communications programs are all
- better than commercial ones. You will not find many postings in
- comp.sys.amiga.datacomm referring to VLT, and for just one simple
- reason: VLT HAS NO PROBLEMS ;-)
