  18. V.42 and is not raw V.fast.

  20.   V.fast is scaled from 2400bps in 2400bps increments up to 28.8k, 24.4k is
  21. not a valid step within that range, the closest are 24k and 26.4k.

  23.   Current testing on V.fast has been able to push it to 21.6k on average
  24. copper, higher on short distance, digital PBX networks.
