- If you are using GCC, just get groff. It'll do what you want.

- This may be part of the groff package, if not, it is certainly in
- GhostScript. And maybe even pbm+.

- GCC is on wuarchive.wustl.edu, pbm+ is there too (and probably on
- amiga.physik.unizh.ch). GhostScript and groff will be at most GNU sites,
- most notably prep.ai.mit.edu.
