  16. If you are using GCC, just get groff. It'll do what you want.

  21. This may be part of the groff package, if not, it is certainly in
  22. GhostScript. And maybe even pbm+.

  24. GCC is on wuarchive.wustl.edu, pbm+ is there too (and probably on
  25. amiga.physik.unizh.ch). GhostScript and groff will be at most GNU sites,
  26. most notably prep.ai.mit.edu.
