  51. After posing the original question (my ParM wont find WB), I went home and
  52. tried all these wonderful suggestions...

  54. After the nth unsuccessful try, I glanced at the command line output and
  55. noticed the little 'V3.0' that floated about in there ....

  59. After getting the CURRENT version (3.6) and throwing that in WBstartup, I
  60. have NO problem....
