  12. I am trying to use Maple to carry out some quantum mechanical
  13. calculations.  I cannot get it to expand over a product of polynomials
  14. of non-commuting operators (the numerical coefficients of the
  15. non-commuting operators can be complex numbers but that is probably a
  16. side issue).  There must be a way do do this, but, I looked through
  17. the manual and the list of libraries and didn't find anything obvious.
