  For those that have had the blank page output problem
when printing Excellence3 files here is the solution.

  Due to the different colour mappings used when operating
under WB1.3 and WB2.04 AND the differences between ver2
and ver3 pallettes in documents, some or all of you ver2
documents may print in white on white - ie as blank pages...
  According to MSS, the solution is to go to Excell preferences
and interchange the pallettes white and black by moving the
sliders.  Your text background will automatically go back to white
but the requestor text will change to a new colour indicating that you
have changed the pallete.  Now the "print ink" will be black for this
document anyways.
  I have found that ver3 seems to treat postscript font scaling
differently than under ver2.  The SCALE=72 tooltype and the pitch
settings are identical on my two versions.  However the letters
are all squashed, and without legible spaces between words under
ver3 even though they are fine with the same font under ver2.
  Having the SCALE variable embedded in the tooltype seems
like a real loss of control since one has to restart the program
inorder to change it.  THis should really be in Page Setup.
