- So? I'd call this a real plus. Machines are a lot faster than they
- used to be and I look forward to the day when we remove the
- compilation step again. I think programmer optimization costs more
- than run time optimization, obviouslt, so now it's just a matter of
- waiting until machines are fast enough that the users can live with
- the response time as well.
