  20. Definately this option. This is exactly the sort of thing that country
  21. configuration is for, and means that your application will
  22. automatically start up using the correct language file.

  26. English, for starters. Other than that, personally, I am not too
  27. concerned. :-)

  29. You could make it user-extendable by using something like MessageTrans
  30. though and allow people to add their own message files...
