  12. Does any kind soul out there feel like sending me or pointing me at an
  13. on-line version of the codes from ISO 639:1988, Code for the
  14. representation of names of languages?  I need the information, but
  15. laziness prompts me to write a begging letter before keying or
  16. scanning the stuff in.

  18. Also, while I'm here, is anyone aware of a list more comprehensive
  19. than ISO 639 (covering many archaic or dead languages, for example)?
