  25. This is a request for discussion regarding creation of an unmoderated
  26. newsgroup for discussing internation aspects of computers, computer
  27. software, telecommunications and so on.

  31. Comp.international is a group for discussing design and use of
  32. computer hardware and software (and other material in the field of
  33. computing) around the world, ie. how to provide for differences in
  34. character sets, cultural environments, styles in writing dates,
  35. electrical and other requirements, legal requirements and so on.
