  10. Does anyone have a non-proprietary algorithm -- efficient or not --
  11. for resolving type conversions and overloaded functions in the various
  12. contexts in which they occur (including templated and the type conversions
  13. involved in exception-handling)?  The ARM does not seem to be a model of 
  14. precision in all the dark corners.
