  11. I am looking for a program which will take a pair of stereo images and
  12. create a 3-d image. What I have is a pair of stereo images for a
  13. protein molecule and would like to reconstruct the original molecule.
  14. We have scanned the images in with a scanner and have managed to get
  15. pairs of x-y coordinates for the alpha carbons.
