- I am looking for a program which will take a pair of stereo images and
- create a 3-d image. What I have is a pair of stereo images for a
- protein molecule and would like to reconstruct the original molecule.
- We have scanned the images in with a scanner and have managed to get
- pairs of x-y coordinates for the alpha carbons.
-
- Any help would be greatly appreciated.
