  15. does anyone have the source to make, that doesn't require a makefile to build
  16. the binary.  I have a (unix) machine that doesn't have make, and I need to 
  17. put it there, but I don't want to sort through many K of Makefile to figure
  18. out what goes where.  Just a simple make that will build a real make is all
  19. I really want.
