  18. Let's be fair here.  You should indicate just what reviewers would
  19. have required to review your submission.

  21. If my notes are correct, your submission was a kind of "lint" program
  22. for EDIF files.  EDIF files are produced by some CAD/CAE systems.  To
  23. me, this is a rather specific application, and I am not surprised that
  24. our 90 or so reviewers were not able to handle it.
