  14. I have been a long time user of SCCS, and have developed several tools
  15. which layer on top of it.  I know that many sites use RCS instead of SCCS
  16. but do not have any personal experience with RCS.
  17.  
  18. I would very much like to hear about the pros and cons of SCCS and RCS
  19. from those of you who have experience using both.
  20.
