  11. I need a tool for integrating code with its documentation, and allowing
  12. the documentation to be extracted from the code (or vice versa).  I've
  13. heard of WEB, but don't know much about it.  Can anyone comment on the
  14. relative value of tools available.  And how they can be obtained?
