  12. I am looking for a tool that counts lines of code for C, ignoring
  13. (optionally) commments, etc.

  15. I am also looking for all possible references regarding function points,
  16. including the most rudimentary overview that might be suitable to use
  17. in a proposal to use function points as the size-of-code metric.
