  22. Sponsored by CCF(Chinese Computer Federation) and CICCST(China International 
  23. Conference Center for Science and Technology), and co-sponsored by ACM, 
  24. HKCS(Hong Kong), IEEE, IEICE(Japan), IPS(Japan), NZCS(NEW Zealand), and 
  25. SCS(Singapore), the conference is devoted mainly to the computer professionals 
  26. under 40 worldwide for providing an opportunity for them to communicate 
  27. research achievements. The conference is opened every two years. The 2nd 
  28. conference was held at the Fragrant Hill Hotel in Beijing in July 18 - 20, 
  29. 1991.

  31. The focus of topics is considered on "towards future of computer science 
  32. and application". Topics of interest include the following areas:
  33. Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, Artificial Neural Networks, CAD &
  34. CAE & CAI & CAM & Computer Graphics, Computer Vision & Robotics, Database, 
  35. Foundation of Computer Science, Networks & Distributed Processing, Pattern 
  36. Recognition & Image Processing, Software Engineering & Tools, Applications 
  37. and Others.

  39. The authers are requested to submit 4 copies of a full paper(in English)
  40. with key words of related topic, not published elsewhere, limited to six 
  41. pages, not later than Nov. 15, 1992, directly to one of the Program
