- The packet driver works fine - until you need hardware handshaking (usually)
- at rates > 9600 bps). The latest mod to the driver was to remove transmitter
- interupts. Unfortunately, as near as I can tell, this inadvertantly disabled
- hardware handshaking because the old code used to turn the transmitter
- interrupt flag off and on in response to CTS changing state.

- As far as I know, this bug has not yet been fixed (the newest version that I
- have is dated Jan'92, and this is the version with the bug).
