  14. We seem to be having a problem here, having upgraded to 4.0 (one machine
  15. upgraded, one newly installed) with some DOS software...
  16.  
  17. Specifically, if you use the compression programs PKZIP or InstallShield
  18. "compress", *on* the network drive to compress, the resulting uncompress
  19. action results in a corrup file. Compress on the local hardrive first,
  20. there is no problem.

  22. We were able to compress with these programs on the network drive with no
  23. corruption with 3.5 
  24.  
  25. Has anyone else encountered this? Any suggestions as to what might be wrong
  26. with out configuration to cause this, or is there a known bug...
