  14. We have PC/TCP running on a PC and would like to use a windows based
  15. terminal emulator (from KEA) that needs an INT14 based telnet tsr that
  16. is loaded before its own tsr.
  17.  
  18. I could not see how to do this from the manual.  Does anybody know how
  19. to do this. (I hope that all this makes sense).
