  25. I have the same book, I'm about 2/3rds the way through it, and it is
  26. a VERY good book.  IMHO!  I haven't dealt with SNMP before, so I needed
  27. a lot of the detail and history information provided.  It also provides
  28. pointers to other information that would be needed if you were going to
  29. do either very strange things, or something requiring deep detail.

  31. I really liked the "[soap...]"-box comments.  They give you a much better
  32. flavor of why things are the way they are, instead of just sticking you
  33. with "this is the way it is and thou shalt follow the rules!".
