- I'm having trouble understanding one paragraph of ISO LAPB:
- ISO 7776-1986, last paragraph of 5.4.7, Receiving an RNR frame.
- Are there any corregenda, defect reports, or other documents
- clarifying this?
-
- I'm particularly interested in the exact meaning of the
- phrase "any time during the enquiry process."
-
- It also seems curious that the third sentence begins "if
- Timer T1 is running" since there is no enquiry unless
- Timer T1 is running.
-
- ISO 4335-1987 and CCITT X.25-1988 have interesting variations
- on this subject. I understand that 4335 must be regarded
- as the definitive document, so maybe clarification of what
- 4335 requires is what I really need.
