- The "setdefaulttimeouts" command is contained in a piece of PostScript
- labelled "PatchPrep". Our lwsrv discards the whole thing called "PatchPrep".
- Basically, I wanted to stick with lwsrv's philosophy of looking at the
- "document structuring" comments, and not descend into examining the PS code
- itself. Also, my guess from digging around was that PatchPrep doesn't contain
- anything else that isn't also present in the main AppleDict. (If someone
- knows better, I'd be delighted to learn!)
