- Seventh International Parallel Processing Symposium
- April 13-16, 1993
- Newport Beach Marriott Hotel and Tennis Club, Newport Beach, CA
-
-
- Sponsored by: IEEE Computer Society
- In Co-operation with: ACM SIGARCH
-
-
- The 7th International Parallel Processing Symposium is a forum for
- engineers and scientists around the world to present the latest
- research findings in all aspects of parallel and distributed
- processing. IPPS 1993 will consist of technical sessions of submitted
- paper presentations, tutorials, and commercial exhibits, as well as
- special interest workshops and an all day parallel systems fair.
- Authors are invited to submit manuscripts which demonstrate original
- unpublished research in all areas of parallel processing including
- development of experimental or commercial systems. Topics of interest
- include but are not limited to:
-
-
-
-
- -Parallel Architectures -Interconnection Networks
- -Parallel & Distributed Algorithms -Signal & Image Processing Systems
- -Performance Modeling & Evaluation -Fault Tolerance
- -Programming Environments -Parallel Languages
- -Special Purpose Processors -Parallelizing Compilers
- -Neural Networks -VLSI Systems
-
-
- Send five copies of complete manuscript (not to exceed 15 single
- spaced pages) to the Program Chair. Please include your e-mail
- address and telephone and fax numbers. All Manuscripts will be
- reviewed. Manuscripts must be received by September 30, 1992. Due to
- the anticipated response, manuscripts postmarked later than
- *September 30, 1992* risk rejection. Notification of review decisions
- will be mailed by December 31, 1992. Camera ready papers are due
- January 29, 1993. Proceedings will be available at the symposium.
-
-
-
- WORKSHOPS:
-
- Workshops are planned for the first day of the symposium. Individuals
- and/or special interest groups are encouraged to submit proposals
- which cover a particular topic in the field. Send a one page proposal
- to the Program Chair by September 30, 1992.
