  15. I am looking for references on dynamic load balancing algorithms for
  16. multiprocessors. I am particularly interested in the scenario when the
  17. load changes in some processors suddenly - and how local balancing can
  18. be used quickly but effectively, instead of a more expensive global
  19. task parititioning and mapping phase.
