- Actually, you're patching DCL.EXE. My program that performs the patch
- will work on all versions of OpenVMS VAX v4.0 and up. It should
- continue to work until DEC changes the way they're doing things,
- which they haven't done in all these years....

- The program patches DCL.EXE so that up to 62 commands can be RECALLed
- or access through the arrow keys.
