  14.      Flex has been ported to VMS and the regular source distribution
  15. supports it (including a makefile for use with MMS).  I vaguely recall
  16. needing to make a couple of minor changes in order to build it (that
  17. was a year or two ago).

  19.      VMS POSIX and the old DEC/Shell product both contain lex (and
  20. also yacc).
