I agree that DEC needs to get on the Ball in sending out PAKs. There has been many times I was installing something and find out that the old PAK is no good and DEC forgot to send me a new one. I found the Temp. Service PAK service on
DSNLink other day ago and figure that that should help, get a TSP a little quicker than calling CSC and waiting ( and waiting and waiting) for them to call back with the PAK they should have sent in the first place.
I haven't had a chance to use DSNLinks TSP service yet, but figure it should help and others might not be aware of it (like I wasn't)
