  11. In June of 1991, I posted version 1.0 of REMPRTSMB
  12. (a symbiont that directs its output to a RMS `file' - possibly via DECnet)
  13. to INFO-VAX and vmsnet.sources.

  15. Following this message, you will receive version 1.1 of REMPRTSMB.C,
  16. which is slightly updated to work under VMS V5.5 and V5.5-1 also.

  18. NB. I have no idea if REMPRTSMB, or any user-written symbiont at all,
  19. will work under VMS A5.5, and won't be able to support that
  20. "transient" version of VMS.

  22. The support files (ITRMLEN.MAR, PRVDEF.H, PSMDEF.H, SMBDEF.H)
  23. from the original distribution are still valid and therefore
  24. are *not* included this time.
