- Let me guess Helling uses CONDIST. For some reason DEC do not put the licence
- requirements on CONDIST, or rather they do but they are in the release notes
- which you have to install the damn thing to read. The installation notes are
- there of course but not the info on PAKs.

- What is worse is that after buggering up the system with a new version one can't
- always move back, by the time the full import of the release notes becomes
- apparent something else has been done to the system. Thus the unwary discover
- that after three days of installing everything under the sun that their original
- idea of getting phigs and GKS-3D working at the same time is a non starter and
- have to scrub everything out and start again to go back to the versions that
- would talk to each other :-(
