  13.   Well, I don't know if this will help you but...

  15.   We had the same kind of mysterious disk errors on our 4000/60 only with
  16. RZ23 drives. We took them out and didn't get any errors, for awhile anyway.
  17. The drives worked fine on my 3100/76. We tried lots of stuff but finally
  18. ended up replacing the motherboard (with the embedded SCSI controller). I 
  19. know this is a long shot but that is all I can tell you. I would suspect
  20. the motherboard even more if you are logging errors on the actuall SCSI 
  21. bus (I think it is PKA0). I also logged exactly the same kind of errors 
  22. you did (EXTENDED SENSE DATA RECEIVED, etc...).
