  20. Complete 2.0 API specs are available in the form of on-line references
  21. if you buy the Toolkit/2 2.0.  It lists for $120 from IBM.  I got mine
  22. for $80 from Programmer's Paradise.  Look for their ads in many
  23. computer magazines.
