  22. If he uses MS-Fortran, it got to be a DOS program.

  24. I tried with Ms Fortran 5.1 and with Watcom fortran 386 V9.

  28. In the case of 5.1, the answer 1.00 occurs with all libraries I
  29. tried, DOS i(LLIBF7R) and 16 bit OS/2 (LLIBF7P) and also a library called
  30. LLIBFMT.
