- Lots of outdated calls have entry points. Like MouSetHotKey. There
- are only two calls that were in the 1.0 spec but aren't in the 2.0
- library: DosSystemService, and VioReadStr. The former has been
- superceded by a number of API's, and the latter has been replaced by
- VioReadCellStr, which appears to work identically to it.
