  11. When starting the CSET/2 debugger the lines that can be traced to or for
  12. which brakpoints can be set are highlighted in read.  This ends for me
  13. after about eighty lines of the source file.  Beyond this point I cannot
  14. set breakpoints and cannot trace into.  What's up?
