  11. Has anyone here gotten FSFILTER.SYS to do anything useful?

  13. I put "DEVICE=FSFILTER.SYS" in the CONFIG.SYS file for MS-DOS 5.0
  14. in the hopes that it would allow me to read and write the HPFS
  15. partition on my disk from DOS.  It didn't have ANY effect.
  16. It did not even produce an error message.

  18. Am I confused about what it is supposed to do, and/or how
  19. to make it do it?

  21. Is there ANY known way to read the files on the HPFS
  22. partition without booting OS/2?
