- X Windows pop up in 5 minutes instead of 5 seconds if a DOS CPU hog
- is running. At the same time, SENDMAIL does not receive mail at all!
- Is there a way of assigning X and SENDMAIL higher priority so that they
- work fine under the loaded system? FTP, TELNET etc. work fine in
- such conditions.
- I am running IBM TCPIP 1.2.1 on a 486/33 with 16 M of memory.
