  13. I have uploaded the following files to ftp-os2.nmsu.edu:

  15. flip1os2.zip   Rahul Dhesi's newline conversion program
  16. dvidvi.zip        Rokicki's dvi-to-dvi translator (select pages, two-up,...)
  17. dvips549.zip   Rokicki's dvips 5.490, see also Sinha's 2.0 port

  19. These were compiled with MSC 6.00A, and will run under OS/2 1.3 and
  20. 2.0.  dvips is a bound executable (so will also run under MSDOS); 
  21. separate bound executables are included for flip and dvidvi.  
  22. Programs were not tested under OS/2 1.1--1.2, but probably will work
  23. under 1.2.

  26. Notes:
  27. 1. I do not completely understand why Dhesi used the
  28. findfirst/findnext calls, as they require somewhat fancy coding due
  29. to the nature of flip. I used setargv.obj to provide globbing and
  30. long filenames. Comments welcomed.

  33. 2. dvidvi from labrea definitely has problems. It says it is ready for
  34. MSC 6, but see my README.OS2 file. In addition, one of the '#ifdef
  35. SHORTINT' has the cases incorrect. Redirection should now work.

  44. 3. dvips549 was created from the nice OS/2 2.0 port by Gyan P. Sinha
  45. (gyan@unixg.ubc.ca) posted to ftp-os2.nmsu.edu in pub/os2/2.0/emtex/.
  46. Sinha's file should also be obtained, as my archive includes only the
  47. makefile, link def's, and executables. It should be noted that I am a
  48. dvips neophyte.
