  20. No, this is not the same thing as we are experiencing.  For one thing, it
  21. is intermittent and apparently random (though, for me, firing up WordPerfect
  22. seems to greatly raise the probability of it happening).  For another, my
  23. "Special Needs" settings are now and have always been off.
