- Apparently the restrictions are as follows:

- (1) FAT cannot reach beyond cylinder 1024;
- (2) the first HPFS volume cannot reach beyond cylinder 1024.

- Also, some people report difficulty using OS/2 2.0's FDISK to
- partition disks with more than 1024 cylinders. I don't know enough
- about this problem to comment on it. Thoughts, anyone?
